SHIPPING POLICY

Diamond Select is proud to offer free FedEx® or UPS shipping to all fifty states for all orders. For Canadian orders a $500.00 order is required. Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.

When Will Your Order Be Shipped?

To help you plan when to expect your order, you'll find an estimated arrival date listed in the shopping cart. This arrival date is calculated based on the approximate number of days required to process, package, and deliver your order.

  • If you place your order before the cutoff time on a regular business day (Monday through Friday), your order will begin processing that day.
  • If you place an order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after the cutoff on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the following business day.
  • Following shipment, orders usually arrive in 2 to 4 business day’s (Mon-Fri).
  • Diamond Select will ship only to a street address, not P.O. Boxes.

If your order is being shipped via USPS Priority Mail®:

  • Delivery usually occurs within 3 business days after it is shipped from Diamond Select.
  • May arrive on Saturday, at no extra charge.
  • Diamond Select will ship only to a street address, not a P.O. Box address.

SHIPPING POLICIES

Signature Requirements

For your protection, all deliveries require a signature for delivery regardless of any waivers you have from FedEx® or UPS. Your item will not be released unless you or your designated agent sign for pickup.

We cannot ship jewelry to a P.O. Box. However, we can also arrange to ship your order to your workplace or to another convenient destination, so long as your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file. To help expedite a shipment to such an alternative address, you can call your issuing bank and provide it with your alternate shipping address.

If you know that you or a designated agent will not be at home to sign for a delivery (or if you would like the item to not go to your home address so that you can keep a gift a surprise), we can ship to your attention at the nearest FedEx® or UPS location for your easy pick-up. Then you can stop at this location at your leisure to sign for your package. Expedited Overnight Shipping

Since jewelry is often given for engagement or another special occasion, we will be extremely flexible to help you create a wonderful surprise. If you need overnight shipping, we can expedite your delivery for a fast-approaching special occasion and you would only be responsible in the difference in pricing from the usual two-day shipping method. Saturday Delivery

If you are unable to be available for signature on a weekday, but would be available to sign for delivery on a Saturday, we can arrange a Saturday delivery for an additional fee that would cover the difference in pricing from the usual two-day shipping method. Track Your Order

When Diamond Select ships your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number so that you can log into the FedEx® or UPS website to check on the location of your shipment. You can also use our Track Your Order feature to track your order.
